How do I add a new user?

To add a new user, click on the ‘brand admin’ tab located on the grey menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

If you cannot see the brand admin tab this means that you do not have the relevant permissions to access this.

Next, click the ‘invite users’ button located on the top right of the brand admin page. This will open up a new user form.

Simply enter the new users name and email address and select the permissions you would like them to have.

‘user’ will give the user full access to make videos on brand you have chosen.

‘brand admin’ will allow the user to edit the brand and add/edit users of that brand.

‘org admin’ will allow the user to add users to any brand, and make videos on multiple brands.

To finish click ‘Send Invite’.

An email will be sent to the new user with a link to sign up and create their login details.
