How to create GIFs and images from your videos

Step 1: Select the video you would like to make a GIF and image of and click 'play video' to open the video page. Step 2: Above the video you should see 3 tabs: Video | GIF | Image Step 3: Select GIF, and then click the button 'create GIF'. Step 4: Select your starting point, duration, and how many times you would like the GIF to loop. Step 5: Click 'create'. Step 6: Once your GIF has been created (this can take a while) it will appear under the 'GIF' tab. Step 7: Your image will be automatically generated when your GIF is created. This will appear under the 'Image' tab.

How to trim a video

If you have a video you would like to trim, you are able to do this from within the Sixty Seconds dashboard. In order to use the trim function, you must first ensure that you have added your video to your brand media library. Step 1: Navigate to your brand media folder using the menu on the left hand side of the dashboard. Step 2: Find the video you wish you trim and click the green scissors button. Step 3: Enter your desired start frame and end frame (seconds). Step 4: Click 'save'. Step 5: To view your trimmed video, nagivate to the 'clips' tab which is located in the brand media library menu.

How to create a landing page

Once you have created your video, click the 'PLAY VIDEO' button to open the video page. Click the 'create landing page' button on the right hand side of the screen. Step 1: Insert your landing page title. This is not the page URL, the title you enter here will be the title on the landing page itself. Step 2: Enter your landing page description. This could be a descritpion of your video, product or service. If your video is being used as an outreach video, the description could explain why the individual is receiving the outreach video. Step 3: Select if you would like to use a solid colour or image for your background media. Once you have made your selection, you will be able to pick an image or colour (depending on which you have chosen). Step 4: Choose your background opacity. Step 5: Choose your display logo. This is the logo which will be visible on the landing page. You can choose to use your default company logo, upload a custom logo, or simply choose to use no logo. Step 6: Enter your button text. Your button will appear below your description. Here it is important to think about which call to action would best accompany your description text. Step 7: Enter your button URL. Step 8: Click 'view page' to see the landing page you have created. If you aren't happy with any aspect of your landing page, simply return to the previous page and make changes. Step 9: Once you are happy with your landing page, click 'publish'.

How to use a brand colour instead of background media?

After you have selected which scene you would like to use and input your content, click the green 'choose media' button. Instead of selecting a video or image here, select the brand colour you would like to use from the brand colour palette on the right hand side of the screen.

How to add music to your media library?

Accepted Answer

To add media to your brand media library, click on the ‘brand media’ tab located on the grey menu on the left. This will be the name of your brand, for example ours is ‘Sixty Seconds Media.’ (If you cannot see this folder, you have not signed up to our subscription which unlocks this feature).

This will open up a sub-menu. Click on the ‘add media file’ tab followed by the ‘add music track’ option in the dropdown menu.

By clicking the dropdown arrow next to ‘media file folder’ select which folder you would like to add media to.

Simply drag the files you wish to upload into the upload box, or click inside the box to select files from your computer.

As soon as a file is placed inside the upload box it will start uploading to the library, there is no need to do anything further.

How to create an ebook video?

We have created a range of scenes specifically to be used for ebooks, content promotions and whitepapers. Navigate to our video builder and select 'Ebook' using the scene filters to view all ebook scenes.

How to use a template?

To find the template you have created navigate to the 'templates' menu tab and scroll down the page until you see 'saved templates'. This is where all your saved templates will be stored. Once you have found the template you would like to use, click 'create video'. This will bring up a form allowing you to type in your new content and choose your new background media. Please be aware that as default the original content and background media will be chosen. Once you have finished entering your video information click 'finish' and your video will be returned back to you shortly.

As soon as a file is placed inside the upload box it will start uploading to the library, there is no need to do anything further. Videos will need some time to process and when they are ready they will be visible inside your media library.
