How to submit a support ticket?

Support tickets are submitted through the Sixty Seconds messenger feature on the bottom left ( or bottom right ( We aim to get back to you within 24 hours of your ticket being submitted, however this may be slightly longer if submitted during a weekend.

Please write as much detail in your message as possible to allow us to investigate the issue and get back to you as quickly as possible.
