How to remove a user?

To remove a user, click on the ‘configuration’ tab located on the grey menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This will open up a sub-menu. Next, click on the ‘users’ tab.

If you cannot see the configuration tab this means that you do not have the relevant permissions to access this.

Here you will be able to see the user admin page with a list of all users.

Click the eye icon to the right-hand side of the users name, this allows you to view the users details. To remove a user, click the ‘delete’ button on the top-right of the screen.

This permanently deletes a user from the dashboard. If you wish to re-add the user at a later date you will need to add a new user.

How to deactivate a user?

To deactivate a user, click on the ‘configuration’ tab located on the grey menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This will open up a sub-menu. Next, click on the ‘users’ tab.

If you cannot see the configuration tab this means that you do not have the relevant permissions to access this.

Here you will be able to see the user admin page with a list of all users.

To make the user inactive, click the tick icon to the right-hand side of the user’s name, this will deactivate the user you have selected.

This user has not been deleted, their account remains on the dashboard, however they are unable to create any videos while deactivated. This can easily be reversed by re-activating the user following the same method.

How to purchase Stutterstock media within your dashboard?

To purchase shutterstock media within your dashboard, click on the brand media tab located on the grey menu on the left. This will be the name of your brand, for example ours is ‘Sixty Seconds Media.’

This will open up a sub-menu. Click on the ‘shutterstock’ tab to open up your brands licenced media page.

You will be able to see on the right-hand side of this page how many credits your brand currently has. If you don’t have any credits, these can be purchased by clicking the ‘purchase credits’ button.

Once you have successfully purchased credits, click the ‘search shutterstock’ button to find the media you wish to license.

To licence your chosen media, click the green ‘licence’ button underneath the image or video. All licensed media is automatically added to your shutterstock library for you to use when creating your next video.

How to track the number of videos made across the brand per user?

To view all videos created on your brand, navigate to the ‘brand admin’ tab located on the grey menu on the left. This opens up your brand admin page where you can see how many videos have been made, all the users on your brand, and also see all videos that have been made by all users in order of most recent first.

How to add your picture to your video?

Some scenes such as the video business card scenes, require a photo of the user to fill the designated photo field. If your photo is not being pulled through this means you have not yet fully set-up your profile.

Navigate to our video builder and select 'infographics' using the scene filters to view all infographic scenes.

Can you manage multiple brands under one account on your video builder?

Yes. Our video platform allows you to add as many brands and users as you require. Please note that there will be an additional cost for each new brand added to your account, however there is no charge for additional users.

Are you hosting the videos, or can I download my files?

Accepted Answer

Either. After you have created your videos you can download them to store on your computer. A downloaded Sixty Seconds video is your property and comes with a lifetime license for unlimited sharing.

Your videos will also be automatically stored in your 'my videos' library on your account.

Question 10

Can I use my videos after my subscription is over?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The videos you create can be downloaded and used as you please.
