Can all employees have a login to create videos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You are able to create a login for each member of your team at no additional cost. When setting up your team's profiles you are able to select which administrative rights they will have access to.

Where can I use the videos I create?

Accepted Answer

You are free to publish, upload and share your videos on any platform you choose. Our clients tend to use their videos on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn websites and blogs.

How to purchase Stutterstock media within your dashboard?

Accepted Answer

To purchase shutterstock media within your dashboard, click on the brand media tab located on the grey menu on the left. This will be the name of your brand, for example ours is ‘Sixty Seconds Media.’ This will open up a sub-menu. Click on the ‘shutterstock’ tab to open up your brands licenced media page. You will be able to see on the right-hand side of this page how many credits your brand currently has. If you don’t have any credits, these can be purchased by clicking the ‘purchase credits’ button. Once you have successfully purchased credits, click the ‘search shutterstock’ button to find the media you wish to license. To licence your chosen media, click the green ‘licence’ button underneath the image or video. All licensed media is automatically added to your shutterstock library for you to use when creating your next video. 25 Credits = 1 Premium Video 5 Credits = 1 Premium Image

How to edit a video you have made?

Before you submit your final video for rendering, there is the option to ‘Email me when previews are ready’ to allow you to check over your video and amend it. However, if your video has been returned to you and you would like to edit the content, here is how: Step 1: Navigate to 'my videos' and find the video you wish to edit. Click 'play video'. Step 2: Click the blue button on the right hand side of the video titled 'edit video'. Step 3: Use the pencil icons on the right hand side to make your edits. Step 4: Select audio. Are you using the same audio or something new? Step 5: Submit your video.

Do you provide photos and videos that I can use as background media?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have Unsplash integration giving you access to millions of images to use. We are also integrated with Shutterstock, allowing you to purchase images and video at a reduced rate through your Sixty Seconds account.

Of course, you can also upload your own images and videos to use as background media directly from your computer.

How to highlight words in my video?

If you would like to highlight a word or sentence in a scene with a different colour text, simply add square brackets around the desired text when entering your content into a scene. ## Non highlighted words [highlighted words] This will automatically highlight the text in a brand-aligned colour which has been pre-selected. It is not possible to choose what colour the highlight will be for each video.

How to add your picture to your video?

Some scenes such as the video business card scenes, require a photo of the user to fill the designated photo field. If your photo is not being pulled through this means you have not yet fully set-up your profile.

Unfortunately not. However, your monthly subscription will reflect your business need, ensuring that you are given the right amount of videos per month for your needs.

How to add media to your media library?

Accepted Answer

To add media to your brand media library, click on the ‘brand media’ tab located on the grey menu on the left. This will be the name of your brand, for example ours is ‘Sixty Seconds Media.’ (If you cannot see this folder, you have not signed up to our subscription which unlocks this feature). This will open up a sub-menu. Click on the ‘uploads’ tab followed by the ‘add media file’ button in the top right corner. This opens up the add new media page. By clicking the dropdown arrow next to ‘media file folder’ select which folder you would like to add media to. Simply drag the files you wish to upload into the upload box, or click inside the box to select files from your computer. As soon as a file is placed inside the upload box it will start uploading to the library, there is no need to do anything further. Videos will need some time to process and when they are ready they will be visible inside your media library.
