Are you hosting the videos, or can I download my files?

Accepted Answer

Either. After you have created your videos you can download them to store on your computer. A downloaded Sixty Seconds video is your property and comes with a lifetime license for unlimited sharing.

Your videos will also be automatically stored in your 'my videos' library on your account.

How to add your picture to your video?

Some scenes such as the video business card scenes, require a photo of the user to fill the designated photo field. If your photo is not being pulled through this means you have not yet fully set-up your profile.

How to save a video as a template?

Accepted Answer

Once you have created a video and it has been returned back to you, you are able to save it as a template to use again in the future by simply changing the content.

Navigate to the ‘my videos’ tab on the grey menu on the left hand side. Select the video you would like to save as a template by clicking ‘play video’.

Once you’ve done this, you’ll have the options to ‘save as template’. It is the purple button, and it appears above the options to ‘edit video,’ ‘get shareable link’ and ‘resubmit video’. If you have access to multiple brands, please select which brand you want to add this template to.

Finally, choose a title for your template. It is important to choose something which clearly states the template’s purpose. If you have created a template for a video job advert, it would be great to title it accordingly as templates will be accessible to everyone on your brand’s dashboard.

To use your newly saved template, click on the ‘templates’ tab on the grey menu on the left-hand side. Find the template you have just saved and click ‘create video’.

How to make videos as another user?

To create videos as another user you can use the impersonation feature. To impersonate a user, click on the ‘brand admin’ tab located on the grey menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard.

If you cannot see the brand admin tab this means that you do not have the relevant permissions to access this.

Here you will be able to see a list of all users on the far right of the brand admin page.

To impersonate a user, simply hover over the user you wish to impersonate and click on the headshot icon that appears. As soon as you click on the icon you will be redirected to the video creation page impersonating the user you have selected.

To exit the impersonation, click ‘exit impersonation’ in the top right corner.

How to add media to your media library?

To add media to your brand media library, click on the ‘brand media’ tab located on the grey menu on the left. This will be the name of your brand, for example ours is ‘Sixty Seconds Media.’ (If you cannot see this folder, you have not signed up to our subscription which unlocks this feature).

This will open up a sub-menu. Click on the ‘uploads’ tab followed by the ‘add media file’ button in the top right corner. This opens up the add new media page.

By clicking the dropdown arrow next to ‘media file folder’ select which folder you would like to add media to.

Simply drag the files you wish to upload into the upload box, or click inside the box to select files from your computer.

As soon as a file is placed inside the upload box it will start uploading to the library, there is no need to do anything further.

Videos will need some time to process and when they are ready they will be visible inside your media library.

How to remove a user?

To remove a user, click on the ‘configuration’ tab located on the grey menu on the left-hand side of the dashboard. This will open up a sub-menu. Next, click on the ‘users’ tab.

If you cannot see the configuration tab this means that you do not have the relevant permissions to access this.

Here you will be able to see the user admin page with a list of all users.

Click the eye icon to the right-hand side of the users name, this allows you to view the users details. To remove a user, click the ‘delete’ button on the top-right of the screen.

This permanently deletes a user from the dashboard. If you wish to re-add the user at a later date you will need to add a new user.

Can you manage multiple brands under one account on your video builder?

Yes. Our video platform allows you to add as many brands and users as you require. Please note that there will be an additional cost for each new brand added to your account, however there is no charge for additional users.

How to submit a support ticket?

Accepted Answer

Support tickets are submitted through the Sixty Seconds messenger feature on the bottom left (app.sixtyseconds.video) or bottom right (www.sixtyseconds.video. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours of your ticket being submitted, however this may be slightly longer if submitted during a weekend.

Please write as much detail in your message as possible to allow us to investigate the issue and get back to you as quickly as possible.

How to create a landing page

Accepted Answer

Once you have created your video, click the 'PLAY VIDEO' button to open the video page.

Click the 'create landing page' button on the right hand side of the screen.

Step 1: Insert your landing page title. This is not the page URL, the title you enter here will be the title on the landing page itself.

Step 2: Enter your landing page description. This could be a descritpion of your video, product or service. If your video is being used as an outreach video, the description could explain why the individual is receiving the outreach video.

Step 3: Select if you would like to use a solid colour or image for your background media. Once you have made your selection, you will be able to pick an image or colour (depending on which you have chosen).

Step 4: Choose your background opacity.

Step 5: Choose your display logo. This is the logo which will be visible on the landing page. You can choose to use your default company logo, upload a custom logo, or simply choose to use no logo.

Step 6: Enter your button text. Your button will appear below your description. Here it is important to think about which call to action would best accompany your description text.

Step 7: Enter your button URL.

Step 8: Click 'view page' to see the landing page you have created. If you aren't happy with any aspect of your landing page, simply return to the previous page and make changes.

Step 9: Once you are happy with your landing page, click 'publish'.

How to make a video?

Accepted Answer

Step 1 – select the platform you will be using to promote your video. (LinkedIn, Instagram Stories, Facebook, Twitter etc). Our dashboard will automatically scale your videos so they can be posted straight to them.

Step 2 – select your first scene for your video. Here you can choose between title scenes and detail scenes, along with sales scenes and vlog scenes. Simply hover over the scenes to see a preview. When you are ready, select the scene you would like to use.

Step 3 – Choose your scene layout. This gives you the ability to change the location of the text you selected in the previous step. At this stage it is useful to have an idea in mind of the type of background media you would like to use. If you are using people, you may want to choose a scene layout which is central or located at the bottom of the screen to avoid your text covering the faces of the people in your media. You can also choose between the ‘most popular’, ‘newest’ or ‘your favourite’ and ‘archived’ scenes.

Step 4 – Pick your scene transition. This will be how your scene transitions onto the page.

Step 5 – Here is where you select your background media for your scene. As you can see, you have the choice of using video or images. We are integrated with Shutterstock and you can purchase images and clips directly from our dashboard. We are also integrated with Unsplash where you can find free imagery. If you’d prefer you can also upload your own image and video files straight from your computer.

Step 6 – Enter Your Video content here.

Step 7 – You can choose to add other scenes or finish your video here.

Step 8 – If you decide that you want to re-order or edit the scenes you have created you are able to do so here. To re-order your scenes simply drag them into the new order. To edit your scenes, click on the pencil button next to the scene to make amendments.

Step 9 - Now it’s time to select your end card, or you can select no end card if you’d prefer. Your logo will automatically pull through to the end card you select. Pick your transition and pick your background media. Enter your website which will display under your logo.

Next click ‘Choose Audio’.

Here you can see audio clips which you have licensed via Shutterstock. If you haven’t licenced any audio, you have the option to upload audio straight from your computer. Alternatively, if you decide you don’t want to use audio for your video, just click ‘No Audio’.

Step 10 - Either ‘Email me when previews are ready’ to allow you to check over your video and amend it, or ‘Submit Final Video’.

Your video has now been submitted and will be returned to you via email within the hour. If, in the unlikely event of your video not being returned to you within the hour contact our support team, who will be happy to help.
